Recognized as one of the top 10 small wineries in Canada, Lailey practises sustainable farming methods across their two Niagara-on-the-Lake vineyards (Lailey and Stonebridge) and a minimal intervention approach to their winemaking. Lailey and Stonebridge focus on small- and micro- batch, single-vineyard wines, with a particular focus on wild fermentation of their ultra premium portfolio.
