Every year we select the most appropriate blocks of our vineyard’s finest and most enticing varieties for the production of distinctive and stylish rosés that reflect both the vintage and our cherished terroir. Grapes for this rosé were harvested from our heritage Lailey vineyard from old vines, and juices extracted using the Saignée method.  53% of the blend is made from Merlot, 32% Cabernet Sauvignon, with 10% Malbec and 5% Zweigelt making up the rest. Barrel fermented and aged for 4 months in French oak barrels. Single Vineyard. Vegan Friendly. 252 cases produced.
