WINEMAKER PROFILE
Born and raised in Ottawa, Casey developed a passion for wine early in life. After completing a sommelier accreditation, he shifted his focus to achieving a Bachelor of Science in Oenology and Viticulture at Brock University. Since then, Casey has worked with wineries in Margaret River, Central Otago, Willamette Valley, the Okanagan Valley, and Niagara. In 2019, Casey moved back to Ontario to become the winemaker at international award-winning winery, Southbrook Vineyards.
