All the best PEC has to offer!  Hand-crafted terroir-driven wine alongside a comprehensive food program, curated by Culinary Director Chef Matt DeMille and Head Chef Kierra Reid.  The menus focus on farm-to-table local ingredients. Tastings, wine and gift boutique  and bespoke experiences, housed in the historic 200-year-old barn and picturesque vineyard-side grounds are offered year-round in addition to carefully curated private events and wedding packages.
