2021’s growing season was gloriously warm and dry through to the end of summer. As harvest started to progress we saw more challenges as rain started to become more frequent. Picking happened fast and furiously on dry days in between. The positive outcome is in your glass – good ripeness, balanced acidity and soft, delicate flavours. Bright cherry and watermelon, with peaches and soft honeysuckle floral notes. Seamless Pinot Noir mouthfeel and velvety texture on the palate. A pillowy, soft, pink dream!
