NV Showcase Brut Nature

Tiny bubbles rise through a straw yellow coloured backdrop. After 60 months aging ‘sur lie’, the bouquet shows interesting notes of red apple, brioche, floral, lemon and yeast. This extra-dry, slightly rich sparkling wine has refreshing acidity and a lively expanding mousse, along with delicate flavours of lime zest, green apple and yeast. Citrus, brioche and bread notes linger through on the refreshing finish.
