Drea’s small batch wines are crafted in memory of her father, iconic pioneering winemaker, Karl J. Kaiser, who affectionately called her 'Drea'. The wines in her collection follow his philosophies, with a focus on natural fruit flavours and aromas, are well balanced with a bright acidity, and are bone dry. Her Sauvignon Blanc was recently recognized as ‘distinguished’ by world renowned wine writer Jancis Robinson. Drea's is rosé made from a unique grape variety, Dornfelder, known for its brilliant colour. The wine was fermented bone dry with pleasantly sour notes and a backbone of acidity that is refreshing on the palate. Deep ruby in colour with tart raspberry aromas and flavours. A unicorn of wines, maybe the only rosé of its kind!
