Drea’s small batch wines are crafted in memory of her father, iconic pioneering winemaker, Karl J. Kaiser, who affectionately called her 'Drea'. The wines in her collection follow his philosophies, with a focus on natural fruit flavours and aromas, are well balanced with a bright acidity, and are bone dry. Her Sauvignon Blanc was recently recognized as ‘distinguished’ by world renowned wine writer Jancis Robinson. Drea's Dornfelder was crafted to let the bright flavours and aromas of blackberry, characteristic to the grape, shine by only fermenting and aging only in stainless steel tanks. The result is a wine with a bright and brilliant colour with a fresh acidity making it an ideal summer red and wine that was recently listed at Michelin Star Restaurant Frilu!
