This bubbly and bright Charmat Sparkling Wine is a medium pink with a clean nose, strawberry, rhubarb, candied cherry, and a slight minerality.  It boasts a creamy mousse with balanced acidity and a beautiful long finish. Quiche, lobster thermador, chocolate-covered strawberries.
