Adamo Estate Winery is a small-batch boutique winery just north of the GTA, focusing on organic and biodynamic practices to produce award-winning terroir-driven wines. The winery offers a beautiful retail space, tasting bar, patio and event and meeting spaces overlooking the vines, tanks or the cellar, along with great getaway packages available through their sister property, Hockley Valley Resort.

Monday-Wednesday: 12 pm – 6 pm (Retail and Tastings Only. Tasting bar reservations)
Thursday: 12 pm – 8 pm (Full service)
Friday & Saturday: 12pm – 9 pm (Full service)
Sunday: 10 am – 6 pm (Brunch & Full service)
