This year’s World Tour Tasting and Dinner—i4C’s defining Signature event —takes place at Peller Estates Winery & Restaurant. Set against the estate vineyards, the experience begins with an outdoor grand tasting showcasing the full collection of i4C 2026 Chardonnays and Sparkling wines. Guests are then welcomed to a seated dinner thoughtfully paired with Chardonnay, sparkling wines, and cool climate reds—Pinot Noir, Gamay, and Cabernet Franc—before the evening transitions into the Après Chardonnay bar with live music. You’ll be prompted to choose your seat(s) when purchasing your ticket(s).
Parking is available at Peller Estates Winery & Restaurant. PLEASE NOTE: SHUTTLES WILL NOT BE PROVIDED FROM NIAGARA COLLEGE FOR THIS EVENT
