Join us once a month for our Exclusive Pairing Experience, hosted in the Private Dining Room at The Winery Restaurant at Peller Estates. This interactive evening begins with a glass of our award-winning Ice Cuvée sparkling wine, followed by a five-course tasting menu with wine pairings inspired by the season’s theme. Some dinners see the cuisine guiding the pairings, while others allow the wines to shape the menu, featuring exclusive Peller Estates wines and occasional treasures from our sister properties.
