Begin the evening in our Vineyard Pavilion with a sparkling Brut Reception, featuring butler-passed canapés and kitchen snacks. From there, settle into an exclusive four-course tasting menu in our Barrel Cellar, where each course is thoughtfully paired with wines for an elevated dining experience surrounded by the charm of the cellar.
After dinner, return to the Vineyard Pavilion for a decadent dessert reception featuring indulgent dessert canapés, Icewine, hot chocolate and roasted marshmallows. As the evening continues, enjoy a groovy DJ playlist, a cash bar and the excitement of a midnight countdown.
