Our signature white blend is a refreshing, crisp, clean tasting, versatile wine. This vintage is a blend of Chardonnay, Riesling, Gewürztraminer, and Vidal. Stainless steel fermented to preserve fresh fruit flavours and aromatics. Blended to achieve a bright, aromatic and fruit forward wine.
Alcohol = 12%, Residual Sugar = 6.9 g/L
- Nose: Medium intensity, peach, stonefruit, honey, bright citrus. Very fruit forward, inviting.
- Palate: Off-dry, medium acidity, medium + body, medium alcohol. Citrus, peach, melon, ripe apple. Long fruit finish.
- Pairing: Salads, chicken, spicy dishes, and great on its own as a patio sipper!
