This sparkling wine's delicate salmon pink colour offers a first hint of the sensory experience that's to come. Notes of wild strawberry, blood orange and yeast rise gently from the glass, while refreshing flavours of white currants and white cranberry dance on the elegant framework. The lingering finish offers additional notes of white currant, wild strawberry, yeast and cherry. Stunning with simply prepared seafood and shellfish, this wine is also delicious with oven roasted tomatoes with goat cheese on toasted baguette, Gruyere and Emmental cheese fondue with light rye bread, roast chicken and roasted beet risotto. Serve at a cool 8 to 10°C.
