This wine has a complex glossy sheen of seductive white florals, stone fruit (white peach?) with subtle light vanilla top notes – honeysuckle twinned with limestone. Real class and verve. White flower and stone yellow July plum fruit. Long and delicate with a finish of slate and sand. Evocative! Sharp definition on the crunchy, slatey finish with some botanical overtones. Really shows that Niagara-on-the-Lake defines limestone-based Chardonnay in its own irrepressible way!
