Bellissima (Italian for beautiful) is a sparking wine made from the Glera grape using the Charmat method. It is with great joy that we introduce the lovely Glera grape variety to Canada. This wine displays wonderful flavours and aromas of pear, lime and mandarin oranges. This extra-dry wine can be enjoyed with charcuterie meats, like prosciutto, and soft and aged cheeses, such as brie and aged cheddar.
