Our Limestone Ridge Riesling “Spark” is a very popular wine amongst Tawse fans. Made in the traditional method, this wine spent at least 18 months on the lees which has resulted in a rich mouthfeel and a luscious mousse. The nose shows bright notes of lemon, coconut, honeysuckle and banana bread. On the palate, it is fruity yet crisp, showing zesty flavours of lemon and floral. The mousse is rich, and the finish is long and balanced.
