This deliciously sweet & bubbly Icewine makes for the perfect Holiday gift this year. Our Riesling grapes are hand-picked at -8°C then fermented in French Oak for 12 months. Then aged cool in stainless steel for 36 months before being refermented in Charmat tanks to achieve persistent bubbles.
