2021 Spark! Riesling

Our Limestone Ridge Riesling “Spark” is a very popular wine amongst Tawse fans. Made in the traditional method, this wine spent at least 18 months on the lees which has resulted in a rich mouthfeel and a luscious mousse. The nose shows bright notes of lemon, coconut, honeysuckle and banana bread. On the palate, it is fruity yet crisp, showing zesty flavours of lemon and floral.
