Grown along the prestigious St. David’s Bench appellation of the Niagara Escarpment, our 2019 Dry Riesling shows a refreshingly impactful style associated with top tier wines from the escarpment. This wine shows tremendous versatility in many ways. It can be refreshing in summer or help to enjoy a hot meal on a cold night. Its ageability could easily be 15 years in cellar. As in all well-made Rieslings, a pleasant and subtle note of petrol will appear as it progresses. After 5 years, more of the honeyed and softer tropical fruit notes should appear.
