his new vintage of Meritage is 50% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Cabernet Franc. A medium bodied red with soft tannins makes this wine very approachable. This wine has sweet dark cherry notes with hints of blackberry on the nose and palate with a spicy smoky finish. Delicious with a traditional Prime Rib meal, but also great for sipping with an array of cheeses and charcuterie.
