Our Tradition Cabernet Franc shows black cherry complemented with a hint of smoke, dried herbs, and fresh earth on the nose with undertones of graphite minerality.   The mineral element of this wine continues onto the palate where field berry and pomegranate balanced with tobacco leaf round out the mid-palate. The lake effect on this Lincoln Lakeshore appellation wine allows for a rich, later-ripening example of Niagara Cabernet Franc from the Bench.   This wine is solidly structured, with medium tannins and an enjoyable finish. The perfect accompaniment to a meal or great for a glass on its own.   Aged 16-18 months in French oak.   100% Wild Fermentation Vegan
