Our hand-crafted Merlot is the perfect accompaniment to your most comfortable nights. A stainless-steel ferment, under careful watch, maximizes the extraction of flavours and tannin. The wines were then pressed to barrel, separating the free run from the hard pressings, for a 9-month aging process. This Merlot was barreled into 60% French and 40% American oak allowing for the tannins to soften and the wine to reveal itself. Light in body but big on flavour; an upfront cedar note on the palate is complimented with raspberries and currants before smoothing into a luscious finish. A wine best enjoyed with soothing classic cuisines such as Shepherd's Pie, Meatloaf and Spaghetti Bolognese.
