Our 2018 Rebel Chardonnay was hand picked, pressed whole cluster, wild ferment nd aged in neutral French oak barrels. The wines show a classic balance with rich texture and lovely acidity. Citrus and hints of tropical fruit interplay with nuances of toasty oak. Sip on its own, or enjoy with sharp cheese, shellfish and friends!
