This is an extraordinary example of Ontario Icewine. The wine is absolutely dynamic, contrasting luscious, seductive suggestions of peach, apricot and grilled pineapple with rich beeswax and fresh acidity.

Sue-Ann vinified the wine from 100% estate fruit, grown on clay soil with limestone rock base. At harvest, the fruit was pressed at –10C, then cool fermented in stainless steel over 4 months with selected yeast and sterile filtered with no additions or fining required.
