Celebrate our local farm stands with us this summer at our Harvest Dinner Series on select Saturdays from June to September.
Executive Chef Frank Dodd is honouring the bounty of Niagara and the dedicated farmers and growers who bring fresh, sustainable produce to our community. Each dinner in the series will feature a unique, 3-course seasonal menu paired perfectly with our VQA Trius wines, highlighting the finest ingredients sourced directly from nearby farm stands.
