Global Roots is back this February with our friends from Pharmacii and acclaimed chefs visiting from Seoul, Korea.
A true “chef’s menu”, surprise dishes will be presented table-side by chefs Chefs Jung Gyung-il (Michelin-starred Hasik Gongan) and Chef Shim Mi-Ri (Michelin-starred LeeJongGook 104), paired with Stratus wines.
