Join Stratus for an intimate evening devoted to connection, indulgence, and perfect pairings hosted by lovebirds and soon-to-be married Dean Stoyka , Stratus Winemaker and Emily De Sousa, Fishery Scientist. Fat Rabbit brings their thoughtful, sustainable approach to Stratus for a special seafood-forward tasting menu presented with Stratus wines to make hearts flutter. Best known for whole-animal butchery their approach to seafood is guided by the same principles. Responsibly sourced fish and shellfish, seasonality, and full-ingredient use is at the heart.  Whether you’re toasting romance, friendship, or simply your love of exceptional flavours, this limited seating event is not to be missed.
