Experience the best of icewine on Saturday, January 24th, 2026, during a magical evening in wine country as a part of Niagara’s Icewine Festival. Our Celebration of Icewine Dinner is an annual icewine and culinary experience that you won’t want to miss!
The evening begins with an Ice Cuvée welcome reception in at 6:45pm, where you’ll sip on our signature sparkling wine with an icewine dosage before moving into the Barrel Cellar for a decadent five-course dinner starting at 7:00pm. Executive Chef Jason Parsons will guide you through this unforgettable evening, featuring perfectly crafted dishes paired with award-winning wines and Icewines.
