The Red Lion Smokehouse kitchen is headed up by Chef John Murray. Chef Murray trained in Toronto and London, England before opening Red Lion Smokehouse in Thunder Bay, Ontario.
All of our food is made in-house with fresh ingredients – locally sourced whenever possible. Our menu is a mix of classic British Pub favourites with a smokehouse twist. We always have lots of vegetarian and kid friendly options as well as daily and seasonal feature dishes.
