Join us once a month for our Chef’s Exclusive Pairing Experience, hosted in the Private Dining Room at The Winery Restaurant at Peller Estates. This interactive evening begins with a glass of our award-winning Ice Cuvée sparkling wine, followed by a five-course tasting menu with wine pairings inspired by the season’s theme. Some dinners see the cuisine guiding the pairings, while others allow the wines to shape the menu, featuring exclusive Peller Estates VQA wines and occasional treasures from our sister properties.

This month, we celebrate Indulgence, a culinary experience dedicated to life’s most decadent ingredients. Our chefs have crafted a menu that embraces rich, luxurious ingredients, each course designed to delight the senses and elevate every bite. For this indulgent edition, the dishes themselves serve as the inspiration for the evening’s pairings, with wines thoughtfully selected from our portfolio to complement and enhance this sumptuous five-course journey.
