2021 Ravine Chardonnay

The vision for this wine was to create a blend that has all the things that we love about Chardonnay and represent the terroir as best as we could. This Chardonnay was harvested mid-October based on flavour, acidity and integrity of the fruit. Each vineyard that this fruit was sourced from has truly contributed to the blend: richness from St Davids Bench, acidity and minerality from Niagara Lakeshore and a floral note from the Four Mile Creek appellation. This 2021 Ravine Chardonnay was aged in French oak barrels for 14 months.   This medium-bodied white wine has flavours of crisp yellow apple, vanilla, dried apricot and lemon.
