Blend: 36% Chardonnay, 32% Vidal Blanc, 32% Seyval BlancA delightful blend of three fruit forward white wines from some of our oldest vines planted. Slightly off dry, this easy drinking wine is great on it’s own or it pairs with a variety of dishes.        FOOD PAIRINGS: Shellfish, seared scallops, light pasta dishes with lots of veggies, falafel, or grilled poultry. ALCOHOL:11.5%   WINEMAKER NOTES: White Rabbit is one of our classic blends. Vintage to vintage we try to keep the same principals with this wine – fruit forward, a little off dry and super food friendly. This vintage is a great blend with lots of citrus, stone fruit and apple notes to it, at 13g/L residual sugar it’s a crowd pleaser.
