Hand-picked from a mixture of old and young vines from the Beamsville Bench, this is a light, fresh and fruity Riesling. On the palate the wine is medium-dry and refreshing with juicy notes of sweet citrus, green apple, and pineapple. A terrific sipping wine for when friends gather, or pair with sushi; lightly spiced curries or pad Thai; veal schnitzel or steamed fish with lemon.
