A rich, complex Chardonnay with a palate that is rich and creamy with a viscous mouthfeel and delicate finishing acidity. The nose is aromatic with Niagara tree fruits, tropical notes of pineapple and starfruit and rich aromas of vanilla, crème brûlée and caramel. Flavours include pineapple, coconut, vanilla and lemon custard. A wonderfully complex chardonnay that is ready to drink now or can be aged to 2025.
