One of our largest plantings, Sauvignon Blanc grows beautifully on our gravel soils. Tasting notes for this wine are : This medium bodied, straw-coloured wine is fresh and clean with a citrus nose, peach and floral notes. It tastes of honey on the tongue and has a lovely long smooth finish. It will be a great accompaniment to pasta with a lemon cream sauce, white fish such as sole in a lemon butter sauce, goats cheeses, spicy foods, or just on its own.
