Sauvignon Blanc VQA 2021

One of our largest plantings, Sauvignon Blanc grows beautifully on our gravel soils. Tasting notes for this wine are : This zingy medium bodied, straw-coloured, wine is fresh and clean with a ripe tropical fruit nose, gooseberry and floral notes. It tastes of honeysuckle, citrus and lemon zest on the tongue and has a lovely smooth lingering finish. It will be a great accompaniment to pasta with a lemon cream sauce, pistachio encrusted white fish such as sole, goats cheeses, spicy foods, or just on its own.
