Hand harvested in late October to maximize ripeness and flavours, this barrel aged for 17 months this wine is smooth with a long lasting finish.Showcasing classic Cabernet notes of savoury herbs, blackberry and sweet spice this wine will be delicious now but even better after a few years of aging.
