Gamay Noir

A rich carmine red wine with a deep pink rim and a wonderful nose reminiscent of the grape harvest. This light-bodied unoaked red features elegant plum, mulberry and cherry flavours as well as a soft spiciness. It pairs well with poultry, pork, roasted vegetables, smoked salmon, or mild cheeses.
