Cabernet Sauvignon grown in 2020 was of exceptional quality. This wine was produced using the Ripasso method for further depth and concentration - refermenting on Appassimento grapes pomace. The result is a wine with a complex nose of dried raspberry and caramel with smooth and integrated tannins.
