The Hawk's Flight is an annual migration across the shores of Ontario's only beachfront Winery. Hawk's Flight wines are defined by presence, exceptional quality, and limited availability. Cabernet Sauvignon grown in 2020 was of exceptional quality. This wine was produced using the Ripasso method for further depth and concentration - refermenting on Appassimento grapes pomace. The result is a wine with a complex nose of dried raspberry and caramel with smooth and integrated tannins.
