Tasting: This is intensely concentrated Ice wine, lightly oxidative, deep in golden hue and all pineapple to nose. Crunchy mixed with bruised apple, persistent and notable terseness, while the acidity runs high and does so with some acetic weight. Solid work with chardonnay nonetheless.
