The nose of this dry, well-made Charmat method sparkling explodes out of the glass with white flowers, citrus, green apple and pear. While the bubbles are expressive, they are not out of place or excessive, neither too simple nor deceptive. The flavours offer a great blend of fresh citrus with loads of lime and lemon zest but also ripe pear and pineapple. The balance between acid and tropical fruits is on point and delivers just enough complexity to make it a great value proposition.
