TASTING NOTESThis Rosé is pale pink and bursts with aromas of watermelon, raspberry, citrus rind, and hints of floral notes. On the palate this smooth, light bodied, off-dry wine has great concentration of flavour. vibrant flavours of fresh fruit will linger on the palate, followed by a mouth-watering acidity that carries through the finish.
WINEMAKING NOTESThis wine was produced from our Estate vineyard Cabernet Franc. The grapes were hand-harvested then whole-cluster pressed, leaving very little skin contact to achieve its light pink hue. The juice was cold settled for 48 hours before being racked off its lees. The wine underwent a long, cool fermentation in a stainless-steel tank. Once fermentation finished the wine was then racked off its ferment lees to another stainless steel tank where it sat for 6 months.
