2022 Baco Noir

A dark red colour fading to a clear water-white rim. The nose presents white pepper, cloves, and raspberries. The palate displays vibrant flavours of raspberries, cherries, and plums and finishes very smooth. Pairs well with Dark Chocolate, Duck, Vension and other game meats. Recommended to use a decanter for maximum enjoyment. Enjoy now until 2030.
