2021 Unoaked Chardonnay

The Two Sisters Unoaked Chardonnay is a thoughtful combination of fruit from our Estate vineyard and Canada’s oldest Chardonnay vineyard, the Lenko vineyard. The vines are carefully cultivated and the crop is limited to insure maximum flavour and character in the wine. Two Sisters Unoaked Chardonnay is made completely in stainless steel, to accurately reflect the grape variety and the terrior of the vineyards. A surprisingly complicated wine, with an inviting nose of poached pear, ripe apple, hints of baking spice and ginger, and an underlying minerality. The palate is brilliant and complex, with yellow apple, ripe pear, melon and ginger. This Chardonnay has a wonderful mouthfeel as the slightly creamy texture and lively acidity complement the flavours, and there’s also that lovely hint of minerality that lingers in the finish.
