Think watermelon, strawberries and everything that is perfect about summer in the County captured in a bottle! Hand harvested, crushed without stems and left to cold soak for 6 hours for colour before pressing into juice. Bottled early June under screw cap to capture fruit intensity and freshness. This refreshing rosé will pair perfectly with a variety of food for the summer months. Produced to be consumed when young and fresh for optimal enjoyment!
