The 2021 Beal Vineyard Reserve Chardonnay grapes were picked at ideal ripeness, the fruit character is well-balanced with the oak influence coming from all brand-new French and American oak barrels. On the nose, one can pick up strong aromas of caramel, custard, bright yellow apple and just a hint of minerality. With a soft and velvety mouthfeel, the wine lingers on the palate with flavours of candied lemon, vanilla, and subtle notes of tropical fruit. Complex and beautiful.
