2021 Sparkling Twisted

In true Twisted style, the 2021 Sparkling Twisted is an adventurous blend comprised of mainly Riesling with a hint of Chardonnay and Gewurztraminer. These components come together to make a lively, fresh and fruity bubbly. Made in the Charmat Method, this wine was aged on lees in tank for over a month, a secondary fermentation then occurred in the tank, developing fruity aromatics while maintaining bright acidity.- Plenty of green apple, lemon, sweet tarts, and hints of white peach on the nose and palate. Lively acidity and an extremely clean finish make this a seriously delicious bottle of wine
