Using carefully sourced fruit, picked at the optimal time, a slow, temperature controlled, stainless steel fermentation was utilized to retain vibrant aromatics and refreshing acidity to help craft this rich, dry, balanced wine full of mouth-feel, sure to please. With its pale straw colour, our crisp 2020 Sauvignon Blanc bursts with flavours of pineapple and citrus along with a subtly grassy nose and a rich, luscious finish.
